Information collected

The project brief form may collect your name, email address, project description, business or organization information, deadline, and files you choose to upload. Project work may also include messages, approvals, invoices, artwork, logos, photographs, and reference materials.

How it is used

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
  • Plan, create, revise, and deliver project work.
  • Maintain project, payment, and approval records.
  • Protect the website and business from spam, misuse, or legal claims.

Northwoods Art Co. does not sell your personal information.

Form processing

The website uses FormSubmit to transmit project-brief submissions and uploaded files by email. Information submitted through the form is processed by that service as part of delivery. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers reasonably necessary to operate the business, such as email, file storage, invoicing, hosting, and professional advisers. Project information may also be shared when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.

Client materials are not licensed or sold to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry and project records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, project delivery, accounting, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Portfolio use

Publicly released final work may be displayed in the Northwoods Art Co. portfolio when permitted by the project agreement. Confidential and white-label work will not be publicly identified when the written agreement says it must remain private.

Your choices

You may ask to correct inaccurate contact information or request deletion of materials that Northwoods Art Co. is not required to retain. Some information may remain in invoices, backups, or records maintained for legal and business obligations.

Children

The website is intended for businesses, organizations, and adults arranging design services. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit personal information through the project form.

Updates and contact

This notice may be updated as the website or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions can be sent through the project brief form without attaching files.
